Good-bye toxins

A lot of toxins are leaving my body. I felt groggy this morning, then after drinking a lot of water, I started feeling better. Then light-headed and groggy again. The water seems to really flush the stuff and only after drinking it, do I feel better. It makes working seem really strange.

    WAO, that is wonderful. Try to drink herbal teas as well such as camomille, fresh ginger, ginsing, etc... they will calm and relax you and help with any inflamation.

    When you do the juice fast, add cinnamon and turneric to it. These are high in anti-oxidants and also act as anti-inflammatory agents.
