So far so good
My first and second days went well and I easily stuck to the plan. The recipes
are fun to make and delicious. By dinner time I am ravenous, so maybe need more snacks. I
ate too much beet salad last night and felt stuffed, but was surprised I felt empty again within
2-3 hours. Today I was really tired, but I think it was heavy workload and not enough sleep more than the diet. I'm a little dubious about the juice fasting tomorrow because I get so hungry. But I'm prepared to make LOTS of juice and give it a good try.
