- 1 block of tempeh
- juice of 1 ripe lime
- 1 T chili powder
- 1 t garlic powder
- 1 t cider vinegar
- 1/4 rice vinegar or mirin
- 1/4 c olive oil
- 1 garlic clove crushed
- 1 T tequila
- salt and pepper
- 1 T freshly ground cumin
- 1/4 t red pepper flakes

grilled tempeh
this is very easy but it takes time for the marinade to penetrate the tempeh.
